Take ownership of the support functions for one of our revenue generating businesses. As an Executive Assistant supporting a team of 12 people within Corporate and Asset Finance - Ship Finance & ECA and FLP, London office, you will gain international exposure across a wide variety of business activities while showcasing your positive, confident and proactive approach, as well as your exceptional time management skills.
In this role there will be calendar management, expense processing and travel coordination both domestic and international using Concur for multiple executives. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with other Executive Assistants and executives across multiple teams internally, as well as work alongside our Guest Relations team to coordinate meetings.
You will also assist the legal team supporting Ship Finance & ECA and FLP with their document management and signing procedures. There will be opportunities to assist with basic paralegal tasks and gain experience in organising and understanding legal financing documentation.
Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task, your additional understanding of the industry culture will help you better understand and support the team.
