This position is responsible for the oversight of activities in the Finance Area of Events & Conferences by managing client billing, creating and monitoring departmental budgets, analyzing revenue and expenses and overseeing all payroll functions. Provides reporting for area and ensures accuracy of data. Works closely with the Associate Director of Finance & Administration but completes most work independently. Serves as a resource to other areas of the department on fiscal matters.
Bachelors Degree in finance or accounting and three to five years of experience, strong attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, ability to work independently, and handle multiple priorities simultaneously is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Familiarity with SAP preferred.
