The part-time Finance Coordinator role is responsible for the smooth fiscal operation of the National Center for Children and Families. The responsibilities include fiscal management and reporting of a diverse portfolio of federal and private grants and contracts and ensures grants are administered in a fiscally responsible matter, complying with regulations governed by the sponsor and University. The incumbent prepares, drafts and edits grant budget proposals, invoices, and financial reports. S/he also creates budget reports and financial strategic and forecasting documents for Center’s operations. In this position, the Finance Coordinator will report directly to the Center Co-Directors.
