Position provides management and financial analysis of clinical support operations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages patient accounting services within department.
Develops financial models, projections, and forecasts for business management functions such as staffing levels, teaching costs, clinical service projections, affiliated hospital and managed care operations.
Provides IDX activity reports for department clinical billing operations.
Manages support staff operations and coordinates financial billing requirements.
Reviews and recommends operational policies/procedures.
Provides administrative assistance support to office functions as necessary.
Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree in finance and business related field with 3-5 years patient account and managerial experience.
Working knowledge of patient account billing procedures, business and billing software applications, and financial analysis techniques.
The hiring range for this position is $55,370 - $71,968 annually.
