The core components of this programme include replacement of the legacy General Ledger and Consolidation system with a cloud-based Oracle Fusion Financials platform incorporating GL, P2P, iExpenses and iProcurement; this is alongside a new Finance Data Warehouse based on Microsoft Azure to support Regulatory reporting and Management Information.
Technical Skills / Experience Required:
Experience of working in Financial Services organisations, specifically asset management or banking
Track record in delivering complex multi-year finance transformation programmes, including Finance platform replacement across Finance, cost and data warehouses
Experience of managing across business (Finance) and technical competencies
Experience managing people within large software development teams
Knowledge and experience of using Agile methodologies e.g. SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban
Knowledge and experience of developing technology solutions, both in house developed bespoke applications and commercially available off the shelf solutions
