On a daily basis, this position has full responsibility for coordinating, facilitating and supporting the needs of 2 Vice Presidents, their Directors and Chief of Staff. The scope of the position will:
Provide full responsibility for coordinating and scheduling complex meetings as well as coordinating meeting logistics to include technical requirements and appropriateness of meeting location
Arrange travel and accommodations
Complete forms for routing and tracking signatures
Create PowerPoint presentations to include animation and visual effects; Excel tables that prefer advance knowledge with page and print set-ups; and Visio--all that produce a professional image and product for distribution to senior level staff
Independently manage unitsâ filing systems to include confidential files
Type correspondence from drafts or notes
Screen all calls taking accurate messages and communicating needs of the caller in a timely manner
Assist with the onboarding/exiting of staff including security forms and deployment of computer hardware and telephones.
5 yearsâ experience working in a fast pace office environment supporting senior-level administrators.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
