The Director of Finance, Administration, and Personnel Management is a senior staff member of the Center. He or she works with the Center Director, Director of Operations and Program Management, and the Director of Industry Programs to formulate, manage, and execute strategies and programs to advance the mission of the Center and the University. He or she is responsible for developing and executing programs that provide for the cost effective operation of all Center facilities and acts as the administrative liaison to the University. The Director manages a staff of five professionals. The Director is responsible for managing all financial operations for the Center including the development, execution, and monitoring of the annual budget, discretionary accounts and all grant related accounts. The Director is responsible for managing financial operations for grants and contracts processed through the Center, and for supporting pre and post award financial functions for research projects. He or she is responsible for all human resource functions, at the Center level, including salary, benefits, job descriptions, evaluations, hiring and terminations. He or she is responsible for all Center communications and event planning including the preparation of the annual report, development and maintenance of the Center website, and coordination of all Center events.
Bachelor's degree required. Master's or doctoral preferred.
Demonstrated record of leadership with ability to build strong professional relationships both internally and externally.

Strong communications and organizational skills.
Minimum related work experience eight years.
