Our client is a private equity-backed provider of mobility services that differentiates itself through an entrepreneurial and hands-on approach. It is looking to hire a Transaction and Finance Manager to work closely with the Director of Finance in their Munich headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support operational and financial work streams
  • Execute M&A processes and support post-merger-integration activities
  • Interact closely with management team, internal and external stakeholders, including the private equity investors
  • Coordinate due diligence work streams
  • Create company valuations, financial planning, liquidity planning and presentations, lead market and competition analysis
  • Grow financial performance through analysis of financial statements, reports, trends and forecasts
  • Support monthly consolidation of financial results and management reporting (P&L, balance sheet, Cash Flow, key performance indicators)

YOUR PROFILE: :
  • Very good academic record, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Financial Controlling
  • Solid relevant work experience gained in transaction services, financial advisory or the M&A team of leading audit, consulting or professional services firms
  • Reliability and drive to excel in a dynamic and entrepreneurial set-up
  • A pro-active and hands-on approach is more important to succeed in this position than academic credentials
  • Financial modelling expertise as well as strong communication skills
  • All-rounder with a decathlete's mind-set to tackle a variety of tasks surrounding M&A and operational business activities
  • Fluency in German and English are a must
