Primary functions to include financial statement accuracy, operational efficiency and accounts receivable management conduct monthly financial statement and operational reviews. The process is undertaken to subject the monthly financial statements and results of operations to an independent review and identify potential reporting errors or concerns. Any material misstatements of the financial results are corrected prior to the corporate consolidation and SEC reporting process.
Identify, analyze and assist in the presentation of new business opportunities.
Analyze, discuss, and make recommendations, with facility management teams and corporate administration, the financial impact of proposed operational changes
Recruit, manage and develop facilities' senior financial staff, CFO's, Controller's, Accountants, Business Office Managers.
Analyzes, discusses, and makes recommendations, with facility management and corporate administration, the financial impact of proposed operational changes.
Develops guidelines, assists facilities and reviews annual budget preparations
Develops standardized and current policies procedures and reporting mechanisms related to financial operations, reporting, and systems conversions at the facilities.
Works closely with CEO's and Regional VP's of Operations to coordinate financial and operational activities in the Group.
Provide all necessary financial support to facilities that have CFO vacancies. Including filling in as acting CFO when needed. |
