Under the general supervision of the Finance Director, the Administrative Analyst will provide a full-range of administrative and financial functions in the daily operations of the Department of Medical Education. The incumbent plays an integral role in the overall operations of the administrative office, duties include supervision of work study students; provide executive level administrative support and coordination; provide financial and administrative support for the Department. The incumbent will identify, analyze and help improve current processes to ensure efficient operations of all business functions while remaining in compliance with University policies and procedures.
