M&A analysis for identifying potential strategic financing transactions
Responsible for analysis of pro forma merger financials, sensitivity scenarios, the impact of potential corporate reorganisations, synergies, key ratio (including credit rating agencies') analysis, and liquidity, identifying and understanding client needs in order to develop appropriate solutions.
Preparing pitch opportunities and presentations to clients
Execution of mandates
Internal stakeholder management
Management and coaching of 2 direct reports
Oversee the work of junior colleagues to ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations, guidelines, standards and procedures.
As directed, lead business development initiatives, in line with Strategic Finance's objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for client and stakeholder related issues
To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in deal origination at a leading Acquisition Finance, M&A Advisory or Structured Finance House. You will have proven experience in identifying, structuring and executing finance transactions. You will also have a practicable knowledge of all aspects of corporate finance with specialist knowledge in corporate event financing
