Conducting Financial Due Diligence in national and international real estate transactions
Analyzing the target and its financial statements
Coordination of external service providers
Participation in acquisition structuring under tax, regulatory and accounting aspects
Modelling of acquisition structures
Interface between accounting, controlling, tax and Group departments of Allianz SE
University degree, preferably with major subjects in accounting/auditing, business valuation or taxes
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an international audit/consultancy firm or in a M&A department
Knowledge in IFRS and HGB
Excellent in written and spoken English and German, second foreign language is advantageous
Computer competence in MS Office Programs (high proficiency in Excel)
Distinctive analytical abilities
Target-oriented and hands-on mentality
Beneficial: further qualifications, e.g. MBA, CPA, CFA or WP/StB, as well as knowledge of real estate as an asset class
Job start: as soon as possible
