Assists with reporting and finance functions with the operational and financial needs of the ICUs within the Department of Anesthesiology.�� Position performs administrative duties for department, completes adhoc reports in Epic and facilitates operational workflow, billing and collections, and productivity reporting for all providers within the academic division and community ICUs.��
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs, implements and updates databases so operational and financial dashboards can be created and used by Division Chief and other leaders in the Critical Care Division.
Analyzes costs and develops budget estimates for budget submission.
Builds and maintains Epic report templates for productivity and other daily operational needs.
Assist Business Director on analyzing data and make recommendations on trends.
Works with the reporting and finance groups within the Department for divisional or departmental financial/clinical/operational reporting and analysis needs.
Assists in developing schedule reporting for critical care for leaders and or users.
Maintains productivity reporting for all the APPs and Faculty within all of the ICUs and creates charts for quarterly presentations.
Assists with procedure reporting for credentialing new faculty or reappointment requirements.
Assists Business Director in various strategic projects.
Equivalent of Bachelor’s Degree with more than 5 years of experience in management/financial experience or related field.
Experience in grants administration and FIS and FOCUS programs preferred.
Experience in health information management.
Proficient knowledge of computer programs including excel spreadsheet applications, knowledgeable SQL and Tableau reporting tools.
Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with discretionary judgement.
The hiring range for this position is $50,294 - $65,374 annually.
