Role 1 # Permanent - Credit Risk Manager - Sits with the Credit Sanction team - Modelling, analysis of deal legals, financial analysis, final sanction to committee
Independent risk monitoring / sanctioning of project financings with sometimes complex legal structures, industrial technical process, financial modelling and regulatory issues.
Active risk challenge role in dialogue with Structured Finance Origination in development of new deals, incl. participation in client and bank meetings, constructive input into appropriate structures, security, covenants.
Formulation of risk management recommendation or decision on credit applications submitted by Origination and Portfolio Management including ensuring observation of credit policies, reviewing results of risk rating and pricing tools and assuring adequate sensitivity analyses.
Ensuring annual credit reviews are completed in a timely manner and any deteriorating credits identified and entered on Watch List and/or transfer to Work-Out initiated promptly.
Ensure Compliance with the London Branch AML & Compliance Handbooks plus other policies relevant to the job.
Representation in sector conferences; participation in internal task forces and ad-hoc project teams.
Appraisal of new markets, products, as well as structures within New Product Process.
Base salary circa £65,000 - £70,000 + strong package
Role 2 # Permanent - PF Associate - Opportunity to join either Energy or Infrastructure Structuring team in an Associate capacity assisting Origination in execution/closing, structuring.
Management of an international project finance portfolio in the energy / or infrastructure teams.
Ongoing portfolio monitoring including working on waivers, refinancing of transactions, intensive care / restructurings, incl. negotiation of terms of conditions.
Writing credit applications and reviews, cash flow and financial statement analysis.
Negotiation of the credit documentation of existing deals in cooperations with external advisers and internal departments.
Structuring finace solutions in deals teams together with orgination, including financial and risk due diligence.
Basic salary £40,000 - £60,000 - depending on experience
