Develop and implement models using machine learning and deep learning techniques for the consumer lifecycle (acquisitions, underwriting, collections, fraud, etc.)
Strategize with management to implement business decisions derived from your analytical insights
Experiment with data science and machine learning technologies to develop new methodologies for modeling, analytics, and algorithms
Hire, train, and mentor a team of Data Scientists that will report directly to you
Deep understanding of Machine Learning or Deep Learning methodologies including but not limited to GBM, SVM, neural networks, supervised & unsupervised learning, etc.
Proven technical skills with tools such as Python, Hadoop, Spark, R, Scala, etc.
Experience with consumer lifecycle strategies such as acquisitions, underwriting, collections, fraud, etc is a plus but not required
Master's Degree in a relevant field of study; Ph.D highly preferred
