About Bethany College
The mission of Bethany College is to educate, develop, and challenge individuals to reach for truth and excellence as they lead lives of faith, learning and service.
Bethany is a college built on relationships. We have five core values: integrity, community, hospitality, servant leadership, and sustainability. Bethany is a ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). Bethany is enjoying financial, spiritual, and academic renewal. We have colleagues who have worked here for 40 years and some just a few weeks. Thanks to tremendous support from alumni and friends and strong board and administrative leadership, last year was the best financial year in more than a decade for the college. Our vision is for Bethany College to be celebrated in the Midwest and the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) for offering inspired learning and informed faith that results in student success and community transformation.
Bethany needs new folks to join our team. We are a college that cares about what students learn and who they become as people. Bethany employees are part of a community that strives to exhibit community, integrity, hospitality, servant leadership, and sustainability in all we do.
