Under the direction of the C&G Director and the Purchasing Manager, the incumbent supports the financial and administrative management of extramural and intramural funds for various research, operations, and instructional programs within the department. The incumbent also supports fiscal transactions including purchasing, receiving, inventory, and monthly reconciliation of account expenses. The incumbent ensures compliance with policies and procedures for expenditures and controls, and implements best practices to coordinate effective daily office operations.
This position is grant funded. Position will terminate when funding runs out. Funding is expected to run until June 30, 2019.

Salary: Hourly $23.58 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Contract Position, 100%. Must be willing to work flexible hours on occasion in order to meet deadlines. Must be available during rolling C&G submission deadlines and during fiscal closing deadlines. May require occasional travel to meetings on the Irvine Campus.
