The Certified CountyFinance Officer Program is a new program funded by the state and delivered byCTAS to county financial officers and their staff to provide them anopportunity to learn about accounting and financial reporting principles,understand how county governments are structured in Tennessee, and enhancetheir skills. Graduates of the program receive a certification of CertifiedCounty Finance Officer. Every county in the state is encouraged to maintainstaff holding the certification.
The CCFO Program Managerwill manage the planning, development, marketing and delivery of the CCFOProgram, and supervise and assist staff in the instruction of the classes.
