ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS & SPACE PLANNING, Questrom School of Business, Finance & Administration

As a key member of the administration of the Questrom School of Business, the Associate Director of Operations and Space Planning will represent Questroms interest in school-related operations; managing day-to-day facility related actions, assisting the Senior Associate Dean for Finance & Administration on renovation project oversight, performing analyses on school facilities usage, managing office space utilization, and prioritizing non-academic usage of spaces. Additionally, working closely with the Office of the Provost and Facilities Management and Planning (FM&P), this position will serve as the Questrom School of Business contact for all construction, renovation, repair and maintenance projects.
BA/BS required, Masters Degree preferred. 3 - 5 years relevant experience required, particularly in facilities, construction and planning, or project management in an academic environment. Experience working with facilities professionals required. Budget management, analysis and forecasting experience preferred. Higher education experience preferred.
