The Finance Operations Project Manager will contribute to and provide leadership in developing and advancing the Global Finance strategy and detailed roadmap as well as support the objectives of the Director, Finance Operations. This is a highly visible, developmental role that will allow for advancement to a future Director-level opportunity.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading Finance projects from concept thru implementation and roll-out. The projects are typically large/medium, cross-functional, and complex and are expected to deliver significant benefits regarding improving operational performance and efficiency.

What does the role involve?
Day-to-day this role will define and manage, from concept to implementation, broad scope projects across Finance Operations with high complexity and high-value impact. This role will lead or participate in initiatives that are part of the Global Finance Team Shared Leadership projects beyond the HNA scope that may impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the Finance community at the global level

What you need is:
Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, required
Minimum three (3) years’ experience in financial analysis and modeling, with one (1) years in Finance Business Partnering and FP&A function, required
Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills
Intermediate level knowledge in SAP/BI or equivalent, preferred
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office
Demonstrated leadership in defining cross-functional requirements and leading projects
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated coaching, training, and change management skills
Prior process implementation and improvement experience strongly preferred.
Must be open to relocating domestically within 18-24 months; International mobility is strongly preferred.
