Responsibilities Support senior management in assessment of a corporate M&A transaction from strategic, financial and operational perspective
Lead preparation of analysis to facilitate key decisions in assessment and execution of transactions (eg commercial terms, potential buyer/seller, risks and mitigants, timelines, etc.)
Lead and manage all aspects of transaction process involving engagement with counterparties, due diligence, valuation, financial impact, structuring, negotiations, separation planning
Coordinate input from and partner various internal stakeholders such as divisional strategy, country mgmt, legal, tax, accounting, capital, risk, HR to evaluate financial impact and risks/mitigants
Support internal investment approval process (Group Investment Committe (GIC)) and prepare/make presentations to the GIC
Follow DB internal policies relevant to M&A such as acquisition/divestment policies, price sensitive information
Skills6-8 years of M&A execution experience either in advisory capacity (I-bank; accounting firm) or as a principal (corporate development, private equity) in financial services in Asia

Undergrad in business/ economics or engineering/sciences
MBA or accounting qualification preferable, but not required
