Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field with an emphasis in accounting or financial management is required. Master's degree and CPA preferred. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience managing an accounting department in a medium- or large-size company or government entity using an enterprise-wide financial accounting system. Experience at a higher education institution and/or experience in a facility, planning and construction unit of a large public sector organization preferred.
The successful candidate should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, managerial skills, and organization skills to navigate the University's multiple layers of leadership.
