The Associate Director of Clinical Finance reports directly to the Director of Finance and Analytics. The Associate Director of Clinical Finance directly oversees the Office of Clinical Finance and is responsible for the major aspects of the revenue reporting cycle including monthly reporting and analysis and the underlying business processes for billing, payment plans and claims management. The Associate Director of Clinical Finance works in conjunction with the Clinical Team and Operations Team in ensuring compliance with established controls, guidelines and regulations. Theincumbent will provide reports and analysis that affect the overall direction of clinical operations and strategic planning. The Associate Director of Clinical Finance is responsible for the development and maintenance of audit planning that aids the Compliance Program and Operations Team with risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
Salary: Grade 77
5-8 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar field is required. Master's degree preferred.
Previous work experience in the Accounting function with strong knowledge and understanding of US GAAP is required. Additionally, demonstrated experience with financial analytics and reporting is required. Internal audit experience is preferred.
