We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Business Risk Control Management Manager .
Be responsible for the ongoing effectiveness and management of the Global Trade and Receivables Finance Business Risk and Control Management function
Implement the Business Risk and Control Management structure and disciplines through the appropriate teams
Scope, risk assess and initiate a programme of global, regional and country specific themed control reviews
Drive the implementation of robust and auditable Business Risk and Control Management plans
Drive the business to achieve operational losses and operational loss incidents within risk appetite
Provide a structure for the management of business risk including the creation and operation of appropriate Risk Management forums
Assist the business in achieving satisfactory audit and Operating Risk and Internal Control reports
Ability to assimilate other product areas and contribute effectively in control related activities.
University graduate preferably in Business or Finance discipline.
Solid experience in Operational Risk Management or Internal Audit, with Trade Receivables Finance exposure an advantage.
Independent, self motivated, proactive, analytical, able to work under pressure.
Outgoing personality and strong communication skill.
Fluent in written and spoken English. Good Chinese skill is preferred.
