There are three primary areas of work for this position:
The analyst will support end users by responding to issues raised from day-to-day operations.
The analyst will manage small initiatives or projects that require a more focused approach with a dedicated amount of effort to complete.
The analyst will examine existing business models and flows of data, discuss their findings with the internal customer, and design an appropriate improved IT solution. In short, the analyst acts as the liaison between the business client and the developers.
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Accounting, or Management Information Systems. Advanced degree or equivalent experience required.
6 plus years of related work experience.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of networks, PCs, Servers, Database Management Systems.
Working knowledge and experience with Oracle eBusiness suite but will consider any similar types of ERP Modules .
Microsoft desktop operating systems and office applications.
Knowledge and experience with data extract, transformation, and loading (ETL) techniques and programs.
