You will work closely with the Head of Financial Operations and the Head of Human Resources in the Athletics department. You will provide general administrative support for the Finance and HR offices, including:
Support the recruiting process by preparing job postings, forwarding resumes, coordinating background checks, and completing new hire paperwork. Handle the onboarding process for new employees.
Process reimbursements to ensure that Harvard coaches and other employees are reimbursed for eligible business expenses. Assist in processing invoices to ensure that vendors are paid.
Ensure that all Athletics employees are paid correctly and on time.
Data entry into the University's accounting, HRIS, and payroll systems.
Assist in running the Internship Development Program for Athletics.
Filing and photocopying.

High school graduate. At least 1 year of work experience.
Bachelor's degree preferred, preferably in Human Resources, Management, or a related field. Keen attention to detail. Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills with a variety of people. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated track record of learning new technology. Demonstrated passion for college athletics.
