Ohio School Boards Association is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Deputy Director of Business and Finance. Primary responsibilities include accounting, tax preparation, supervisory duties and some human resource functions. Must have experience in G/L, A/R, A/P, financial statement preparation and tax preparation. Candidates must be proficient in using accounting software, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. HR functions will include assisting with benefits administration, payroll processing and policy development. Additional office management duties will be assigned. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minimum of five years of experience in the accounting profession is required. CPA or CPA candidate is preferred.
