Reporting to the Director of Strategic and Administrative Initiatives (DASI), the Executive Assistant to the Dean is responsible for supporting the strategic and administrative initiatives of the Deans Office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing the deans calendar, assisting the deans office with coordinating complex domestic and foreign travel, coordinating the details of events and activities at visit sites, prospecting individuals with whom the dean should interact in line with school vision and strategic thinking, managing and tracking reimbursements and reconciling accounts. This person will work in partnership with the other members of the Deans Office Executive Team to ensure seamless and consistent support, especially in terms of the Deans scheduling. The three goals of the Deans Office functioning are to excel in organization, communication, and follow through. By embodying these values, this person will contribute to the Deans Office operating at its highest level. The Deans Office environment is rapid, dynamic, and fluid, requiring high levels of executive functioning, superb customer service, rapid processing, and outstanding organizational skills.
Salary: Grade 74
Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience required.
