Prepare reports and analysis of income, expenses, assets, liabilities and flows on a monthly/quarterly/annual/periodic basis.
Oversee the processing of receipts and payables
Handle banking and payroll functions
Perform family office functions
Coordinate employee health insurance programs and other benefits with service providers
Coordinate preparation of audited financial statements
Coordinate the production of federal, state and local tax reporting and filings with the firm's CPA
The VP of Finance must be hands-on, tactical and strategic.
A minimum of 8 years of experience across all financial functions, at the controller level. Must have experience with a SEC registered money management firm.
A record of leadership, along with the highest standards of ethics and integrity. Must be hands on in all accounting and ancillary work.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, multi-task and solve problems with great attention to detail.
CPA is required.
