To plan, oversee, organize and direct finance and administration activities of the college; current areas of supervision include financial services, administrative services, human resources, physical plant, facilities and construction, campus police, emergency management operations, and Highlander Ranch; and to provide advice and support to the MCC Foundation and highly complex and responsible administrative assistance to the College President. Operates as an important member of the college leadership team to address and solve college issues, and to implement the college’s strategic and operational plans. Receives administrative direction from the College President.
Note: This is a security sensitive position and an appropriate background investigation will be made on applicants being strongly considered for this position. Exercises direct supervision over professional, technical, and clerical staff.
Education:Master’s degree in a business related field from an accredited college or university or a bachelor’s degree with a CPA.
Experience: Increasingly responsible experience in finance and/or administration at a college or university.
Demonstration of leadership in a business or college is required.
