FINANCE AND OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR, Human Resources (HR), to be responsible for providing comprehensive financial and operational administration, including budget and financial management, administrative initiatives, and space planning functions. Will manage, administer, and oversee financial activities related to the daily operations of HR; evaluate and analyze departmental administrative processes and recommend solutions to enhance customer service and maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness; provide direct supervision to receptionist; and lead a cross-functional administrative team that supports departmental administrative operations (i.e., facilities operations; mail delivery; parking; supplies; and financial activities, including budget planning, projections, purchasing, reconciliations, etc.).
REQUIRED: a bachelor's degree in finance or related area; a minimum of five years' administrative, financial, and operations management experience; experience developing and managing budgets; ability to collaborate, set priorities, and understand formal and informal organization structures and relationships; strong computer skills and advanced knowledge on spreadsheet, database, word processing, and financial applications; demonstrated proficiency with Excel, BrioQuery, SAP, and other programs and tools on a PC; and experience supervising one or more employees.
