Under minimal direction of the Director of Finance, the incumbent has broad range financial and administrative responsibilities for the development and recommendation of School-wide policies and procedures, coordinates the budget planning and allocation process, and implements management controls for all financial resources of the Ayala School of Biological Sciences. The incumbent is responsible for managing, analyzing, and monitoring of the School's total budget of approximately $120 million, including, but not limited to, general state funds, federal and state contracts and grants, private gifts, registration fee funds, education fee funds, endowment funds, and sales and service funds. The incumbent will independently provide high-level analyses and comprehensive recommendations for financial and operational management to support school long-range strategic goals.
