This individual serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the SC SBDC and its 21 centers statewide. Primary responsibility is formulation of and adherence to financial policies and program requirements. Role includes management of all budgets and expenditures, maintaining compliance with federal, state and university statutes/regulations. Advises the State Director on financial issues and strategies necessary for proper execution of programs. Manages other financial reporting such as travel requests, department purchases, etc.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 3 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services; or bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience.
Must have previous experience in managing budgets and finances for government grants and/or contracts.
