The Finance and Personnel Manager is responsible for the administration of fiscal and personnel operations of Covenant Enabling Residences of Illinois. We are a non for profit organization with less than a 3 million dollar budget. We provide residential services to adults with developmental disabilities. We are State funded.

At least 2 years of experience

Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in related field

Preferred: Master's Degree

Good managerial skills

Knowledge of governing rules

Computer proficient

Quick Books knowledge a plus

Microsoft Office Suite applications, Word, Excel and Outlook a must

Covenant Enabling Residences of Illinois is a residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. We have four programs all located in Oak Forest, IL. We serve 34 adults and strive to provide excellent care and opportunities that enrich our clients lives.
