Which is why your performance and innovation will find a reception here like nowhere else as you help people live healthier lives while doing your life's best work.(sm) The Manager, Finance Data Analytics will lead a team of Business Analysts to develop and deliver information supporting UnitedHealthcare Employee & Individual (E&I), UnitedHealthcare Finance and other business areas. This is an office based position located in Hartford, CT. This is not a telecommute position. Primary Responsibilities:Development of EIS (Executive Information System) reporting for senior leadership in Finance Interfacing with Finance and other business leaders to gather requirements, ensure consistent communications, deliver on commitments and ensure timely, high quality information Lead forecasting process development for various areas, such as National Accounts, Specialty or Ancillary units. Identifies opportunities to apply automation and process improvement across E&I Finance
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree 5+ years of BI delivery and development experience 5+ years of finance experience (budget process, forecasting process, P&L etc.) 5+ years of Leadership experience Hands on experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI, COGNOS, SSAS/SSRS Extensive knowledge of Excel and SQL Understanding of complex data structures, data cleansing, data quality, information delivery Multi-dimensional analysis experience Experience leading projects in Finance, Operations or other business units Experience presenting to executive management High level of analytical ability and presentation of actionable solutionsPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience working with offshore resources Ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with both finance and non-finance professionals across the enterprise, as well as highly technical resources Advanced proficiency in a variety of financial planning and reporting software; working knowledge of Essbase, PeopleSoft and Hyperion Planning Working knowledge of Tableau, Microsoft BI suite, COGNOS, Micro Strategies or other reporting tool Knowledge of Artificial Intelligent and/or Machine LearningCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
