Structured Finance/Securitization Associate

The New York office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate with two or more years of securitization experience to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Practice Group. Hunton’s Structured Finance Practice is one of the most highly regarded Structured Finance Practices in the US focused in all aspects of ABS, MBS and receivables financings, and among the most highly rated practices in Chambers, with a recent addition of a London practice. The merger of Hunton & Williams with Andrews Kurth has added powerhouse Energy Capital Markets to an already pre-eminent Capital Markets practice. Our firm prides itself on collaborative relationships among its Capital Markets lawyers including Structured Finance making it an ideal practice for a junior lawyer to build a highly valued and broad based career. We seek a candidate who demonstrates a strong academic background, outstanding analytical ability, excellent writing skills and be both detail-oriented and able to demonstrate initiative.
