SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER, School of Public Health, Admin & Finance

The Special Projects Manager will work directly with the Director of Strategic Development (Chief of Staff) and the Dean of the School of Public Health on the implementation of innovative projects that aim to promote the schools mission, and on the administration of ongoing projects in the Deans portfolio, which include managing the Deans Office Signature Programs and building partnerships with external organizations. The Special Projects Manager will work directly with the Dean to leverage thought leadership towards advocacy through building relationships with policy makers, media, and business leaders alike. Candidates for the position should have excellent interpersonal, time management, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask, be superbly organized, possess a demonstrated ability to plan and execute complex projects independently, the ability to work with a diverse range of people in various circumstances, and be able to keep pace with a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. 3+ years experience of progressively responsible experience in administration, preferably in higher education administration.
