Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Finance Project Manager-Decision Support.
In this role, the Decision Support and Value Improvement team is an essential asset to the health system and works to inform sound business decisions across the institution. Much of this work is focused around the institution's Value Based Management (VBM) initiative, which seeks to provide the best patient care at the most affordable price. Its focus is on patient value which is defined as Quality / Cost. The Project Manager, under the guidance of the Assistant Director, will be heavily dedicated towards the Value Based Management initiative. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of multiple projects for a variety of stakeholders. Essential to your success will be your ability to manage project dependencies and stakeholder relationships and ensure timely and effective communication with the project team and with the project stakeholders.

Promotes departmental ideas and engages in departmental activities.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Effectively communicates and develops professional cooperation across the organization.
Ensures adherence to all current project methodology standards and procedures.
Effectively plans and executes projects in a timely manner.
Effectively serves as a point person for project communication from the sponsor/leadership level to team members.
Provides ad-hoc analytical support to projects. This may be directly completed or managed by the Project Manager.
Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field and at least two years of working experience.
Preferred Qualifications: A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management working in a Healthcare Business Development / Consulting capacity. Experience with project management methodologies and tools for large scale, complex projects. Proficient use of project management, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
