Responsible for the provision of trade services to customers through efficient execution of transactions, including but not limited to checking and handling of import and export , remittance, export and import documentations
Provide trade solutions and resolve discrepancies in documents / application with customers and related parties
Maintain cordial relationship with customers and identify potential financial needs
Assist in monitoring day-to-day trade processing quality, managing transactions workflow, handling customer enquiries and assisting team members to meet service pledge
Execute all work procedures in accordance with compliance policies and operations guidelines.
Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 2 years' bills operation experience
Good communication and analytical skills, with self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
Knowledge of relevant UCP rules an added advantage
Terms of Employment
Appointment will be on 1 year contract. Further appointment to become a permanent staff will greatly depend on the performance of the candidate
