We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Director, Finance and Supply Chain Systems.
The Associate Director, Finance and Supply Chain Systems, is a seasoned professional providing advanced expertise in a complex professional discipline; mentors less-experienced staff with responsibility for their technical/analytical development. This position serves as the Corporate Systems representative to support Corporate Systems automation as well as the functional and technical expert to support the PeopleSoft Financial and Supply Chain Management user community. The position will work with developers and corporate business process owners to collect user requirements and translate them into well engineered, tested, and deployed business application systems. This individual is the conduit between the customer community and the software development team through which requirements flow. Provide input in technical direction for solutions around specific business requirements.
Provide performance feedback to project team members. Coach, mentor and lead project team members, educating each in the methodology being used and their role in achieving success.
Involved in the full systems life cycle and responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software.
Align solutions with business and IT strategies and comply with the organizations' architectural standards.
Works closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Assist in project deliverables as required.
Assist in production support resolution as required.
Responsibilities may also include participation in component and data architecture design.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in information systems, computer science, or related field. Advanced degree desirable.
Typically requires 7 or more years of experience. Health care experience preferred.
Demonstrated proficiency in PeopleSoft development - systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft v9.x Financials applications (GL, AP, AM, PO, PC, GM, BI, RE,CC, IN, Workflow and ePro).
Must have used standard IT methodologies, performed business analysis and documentation.
Production Support experience for PeopleSoft ERP Applications.
Languages: SQL and PL/SQL.
Operating Systems: UNIX, Windows XP/NT.
Development Tools: People Tools (8.49 or higher) (Application designer, Application Engine,PeopleCode, Application Messaging, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, and FileLayouts), STAT code migration, 3rd party scheduler and TOAD or similar SQL access tool. Reporting Tools SQR, PSQuery, XML Publisher, Crystal and nVision. Databases Oracle 11g.
