Under the general supervision of the Finance Operations Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the financial analysis and review for the School of Medicine Dean's Office funds for the following units, Administration, Finance, Decision Support, Research Support, Graduate Studies, Facilities, Space Planning and the Willed Body Program. The incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of complex budget, financial and operational analyses involving existing and/or anticipated programs. Funding includes a variety of sources, such as General State funds, Medical Compensation Plan funds, Registration fee Funds, Education fee funds, Endowment funds, Sales and Service funds. The incumbent understands and can apply generally accepted accounting principles, cost accounting standards, and University policies and procedures. The incumbent is responsible for implementing and maintaining systems to insure the efficient operation of all business functions while remaining in compliance with University policies and procedures.
