The opportunity has come about as a result of an internal promotion and offers a rare opportunity to transition from a Corporate Finance Real Estate advisory team into a prestigious commercial Real Estate development company. This role will work closely with the wider business to provide complex financial analysis and management as well as models and business planning support. The successful candidate will also have exposure to key stakeholder reporting across all facets of the projects. You will be able to perform comprehensive feasibility and market analysis for project business plans and other ad hoc projects. The ability to build and manage complex financial models is crucial. It will also be important to demonstrate a flexible, 'big picture' approach to providing general finance and property analysis as required by the business.
We are looking for a Real Estate sector specialist with a strong academic background who can demonstrate the confidence and personality to manage expectations of varied stakeholders. You will have circa three years relevant work experience ideally gained with another developer/fund, investment bank, or corporate finance team in a 'Big 4' institution. Excellent financial modelling and analysis skills using Excel are essential. An understanding of the commercial and technical aspects of Project Finance would also be highly advantageous.
