·Administrating the affairs of a portfolio of SPVs part of the private equity fund structures, including setting up companies, implementing complex structures as part of corporate activities ·Ensuring the highest standards of corporate governance are maintained ·Reviewing the bookkeeping of the SPVs as well as their financial statements and tax returns as required by the regulators and ensuring compliance to local laws and regulations ·Ensuring accuracy in the administrative, fiscal and legal maintenance of the SPVs files ·Arranging the respective board meetings for the SPVs activity, including setting the agenda points and writing the minutes ·Involvement in implementation of complex structures, set up of Fund Flows upon Investments and Exits of transactions ·Interaction with Deal Teams across the Group ·Liaising with tax advisors, legal advisers, bank, auditors, depositary... ·Communicating effectively within the Group and with clients ·Fund administration: involvement in the Luxembourg AIFM and AIFs management The Candidate
