The Gatton College of Business and Economics is recruiting a high level professional for the Associate Director of our MS Finance Program. Position focus will be to recruit students for the MSF (Master's Degree in Finance) program; market MSF program on social media and maintain the official MSF website; handle daily questions from prospective students about MSF admissions and work with the Graduate School to resolve admission related issues; create and organize enrichment activities for MSF students; work with the college and the university to help place MSF students; and to assist the MSF director with daily operations. Domestic and international overnight travel may be occasionally required.
Fluency in Mandarin.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Strong preference for a degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or closely related fields. Finance industry experience is desirable but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graduate recruitment/programming/advising and/or administrative duties. Experience related to working with international students (particularly Asian students) is desirable but not required.
