Edinboro University is accepting on-line (only) applications for the Vice President for Finance and Administration. The Vice President for Finance and Administration is a member of the executive leadership team and reports directly to the President. The Vice President provides overall leadership for the University fiscal and administrative operations. The Vice President works collaboratively with other executives, faculty, staff, students and external constituents to provide leadership, policy direction and management for all financial aspects of the University. Required: A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years demonstrated experience in finance and accounting; knowledge of construction and facilities operations; and experience in technology and communications. The candidate must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and supervisory experience and experience with fund accounting in a higher education institution.
Preferred: Doctoral degree and experience in higher education preferred. Certified Public Accountant Certification (CPA) preferred. Responsibility for a large corporate or institutional budget preferred.
