We are seeking a Finance Business Analyst to function out of our Florham Park, NJ facility. In this role, you will serve two business units and act as a key developing member of the Finance team.

Formula for Success: You Will...
Support all aspects of the accounting, finance. and reporting needs of the assigned business segment or unit. Analysis work can be operational or strategic in nature, supporting business needs including Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and/or Manufacturing.
Provide site controlling support to designated site or tolling operations. Site controlling support includes monthly closing and reporting at the site, participation on Site Leadership team, operational planning, and other support as needed.
In performing tolling operations, the activity will include month-end entry, contract management, rate development and monitoring, inventory oversight, and communications with the business teams and third parties.
Ensure confidentiality of prepared data for various levels of management. Confidentiality of special projects will be mandatory.

I ngredients for Success: What We Look for in You...
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 1 year of professional experience required, particularly in finance, controlling, manufacturing, or a related area (e.g., product management).
Cross-functional team involvement.
Strong understanding of cost accounting is a plus.
Must be mobile to support operations of other sites in the future. This position is intended to build knowledge and expertise in site controlling with the goal to further promote to positions of greater responsibility.
Business and financial acumen to engage business leaders and teams.
Demonstrated knowledge of business and manufacturing.
Strong sense of accountability – able to communicate, influence others without position authority.
Ability to engage, operate, and influence different cultures and styles.
Developing negotiation, influence, and conflict management skills – capable of reaching out and engaging appropriate expertise.
