Accounting Manager/Finance Officer - Responsible for day-to-day fiscal operations including the maintenance of all accounts and financial systems and accurate and up-to-date financial records. Responsible for assisting the President and Finance Committee in the development and implementation of a sound system of accounting and internal control environment. Responsible for fund management, investment accounting and financial reporting.
Recommended Qualifications: Education equivalent to a degree in finance or business administration or holding the distinction of a certified public accountant. Three or more years, preferably in a nonprofit agency. Exhibits sound judgement with the highest ethical standards. Proven knowledge of accounting and financial systems. This is a salaried exempt position with 25+ hours per week and salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
