Reporting to the School of Engineering and Applied Science Lead Administrator, will manage annual operating budget of approximately $14m, business affairs and controls, oversight of unit facilities, grants and sponsored agreements, non-faculty personnel (ten direct reports), faculty affairs and support, interdepartmental and community relations, special events. Position initial focus will provide primary support to the faculty of the departments of Biomedical Engineering, Chemical & Environmental Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science. Position will assume other responsibilities over time.

Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree and minimum three years of related experience including demonstrated leadership, project management and/or supervisory experience; or equivalent combination of education and related experience. Thorough working knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and analysis, preferred: fund accounting. Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and financial plans; experience integrating multiple pieces of financial information to identify themes, trends, and issues. Demonstrated experience in managing relationships and influencing outcomes. Demonstrated creativity and effectiveness in a complex organization.
