We make the big deals happen. Job Description & Responsibilities
As a Manager you need to consistently do the following:
Drive day-to-day management of M&A projects and act as the key point of contact for clients;
Oversee the development of financial models, corporate valuations, transaction marketing materials and lead transaction structuring and execution to closing;
Lead project teams and coach junior staff; and
Support business development activities, including building client relationships, identifying opportunities and pitching for work.
Relevant university degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or similar field;
Extensive experience within M&A, Private Equity or Debt Advisory;
Experience of working with different client types;
Excellent client facing skills and history or significant client exposure;
Ability to successfully lead project teams, develop team members and work collaboratively;
Strong financial modelling capability;
Strong analytical skills and ability to think laterally;
Ability to grasp complex commercial and financing issues quickly;
Strong attention to detail combined with ability to see the big picture;
Ability to work accurately under time pressure and manage multiple commitments;
Ability to convert analysis into various outputs to present results in a clear and concise manner; and
Ability to synthesise robust arguments and defend them in an articulate manner.
