Our client is a high quality corporate finance house operating in the SME and medium size transaction market, providing commercial, creative and strategic advice. We are seeking a CF Assistant Manager in London.
Corporate Finance is a key part of our practice and provides a range of specialist services including business disposals, accelerated M&A, acquisition advisory, management buy outs, equity and debt fund raising and valuations.
The role will include working in the following areas: due diligence/investigations, financial projections reviews, producing financial projections, company valuations, producing and reviewing business plans, advising on M&A transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs and fundraising.
The successful candidate will also manage transactions on a day to day basis and assist in developing junior members of staff.
Required skills & experience:
ACA or ACCA qualified with first time passes. Post qualification proven experience in Corporate Finance or M&A. Degree qualified (2.1 or above) and a minimum of 320 UCAS points. Able to produce high quality and well-structured written work. Highly numerate and analytical thinker.
